I am obsessed with shrimps and you can find nothing but at least a kilo of shrimp in my freezer. What do I do with all the shrimps? It is quite easy: stir-fried, sautéed, deep-fried, or shrimp pasta, shrimp curry, shrimp salad, shrimp balls, etc. Whenever I am craved for finger food, shrimp roll is a sure bet: you won’t be disappointed and it is also so easy to make. Believe me, I consider myself as an incompetent cook and my shrimp roll turns out ok. I mixed the ground shrimp with a bit of ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Then I put the mix onto the gyoza skin, and roll the sheet. I don’t have wonton sheet or spring roll sheet for the moment, so I use gyoza skin instead. Then put the roll in the pan, fry them twice in medium heat and serve with mayonnaise. That’s could be a recipe for gaining weight, don’t you agree?
